Ownership

By purchasing the WaveAIO Software, the user assumes partial ownership of the license under the agreement that only the WaveAIO company itself may allow transfer of ownership.

The license can be re-sold but only with given authorization from the WaveAIO team. This means that both technical and verbal agreements must be given before the license can be sold from one user to the next.

We specified within the contract to only allow the license to be transferred by the WaveAIO team.

This is to severely reduce the chance of fraud, theft, and misuse of the software and to protect all investments made into the project by its community.

Responsibility

WaveAIO is not responsible for any lost or stolen licenses due to phishing attempts and or lost/forgotten backup phrases. The owner of this license assumes full responsibility for its care and safety.

Fraud, Theft, & Inactivity

In the case of a stolen license, the license itself will be revoked from the stolen wallet and destroyed. In the case of a forgotten backup phrase and lost access to the wallet where the NFT/License was originally purchased and transferred, the NFT itself will be revoked and destroyed after a certain period of inactivity. This period of inactivity is at the discretion of the WaveAIO team.
